K O K O R O
Imagine your life energy increasing. Imagine vitality a normal and regular part of your daily life. You now have the ability to revitalize yourself anytime you need! Kokoro is “The Way” for making this your new reality!
Kokoro (pronounced koh-koh-lroh), derived from Asian wisdom epitomizes heart and mind as one. When kokoro is enlivened, ones’ true nature and spirit comes to life.
Join an intimate circle of kindred spirits in nature to revitalize your kokoro within. Bask in the warmth of heartfelt sharing and light of sun and moons’ energy while immersed in the majesty of old growth trees, magnificent mountains and flowing waters. Strengthen your bond with nature and others as you exercise your spiritual muscles in solo and group meditations, movement, song and drumming. Experience oneness with all in 90 rejuvenating minutes of soulful connections. Witness spirit miraculously coming to life, moment by moment, within and all around you!
Dress comfortably according to weather; bring a water bottle and hat if desired. Wear good walking shoes. Note: On days of intense heat, shade will always be an option!

“Over the last year, I have had the pleasure and privilege of participating in a gathering, facilitated by Faith, called “Breakfast with Soul”. We meet monthly at a local venue where, in addition to having a delicious meal, we have a free and open discussion about spiritual and life topics that are of interest to all of us. It is a very empowering experience to share my thoughts and feelings with people with whom I feel comfortable and safe. A heartfelt “thank you” to Faith for leading us in these discussions, and for making them happen!” – Deb L., Coquitlam, B.C.
